UK Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £4.95 and added automatically to all orders at the checkout.

Please note that as a result of postage increases, international orders will not be shipped without the relevant surcharge being paid.

If you select the Pay by PayPal option, your shipping address is taken directly from your PayPal account - please make sure this information is correct.

Please keep an eye out for emails about your order - please also check your spam folder! We send confirmation emails manually so there may be a small delay before you receive it.

If you choose the Pay by Invoice option, your invoice will be sent by email when your order is processed. Please check spam email folders just in case! If you don't receive an email, please contact us.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any import costs charged by customs.
FOR EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS all customs charges must be made prior to shipping. Please select the PAY BY INVOICE option at the checkout.
