Michael Clulow
Michael Clulow is an Australian-born, London-based composer and educator. Since a very young age, he has had a passion for creativity and once introduced to the piano, channelled that passion into music. An adaptable and imaginative talent, his works incorporates chamber, vocal, and solo instrumental pieces, as well as pieces for collaborative dance; an area that he has taken particular interest in. Completing his undergraduate degree at the Melba Conservatoire, he won the Tallis scholarship for piano and has completed a postgraduate composition degree at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance in London. Having had his works performed in both Australia and the UK by groups such as the
Eldritch Quartet, Ochre Trio, Baltic Ensemble, as well as premiering a piece for tanztheater at the Resolution Dance Festival in 2018, he is continually providing interest and challenge to every audience he interacts with.
